My name is Justin, I’m a local drummer and instructor teaching in Greenville, SC.

From an early age, I have always loved the drums, and I began taking private lessons at age 13 at the old Draisen Edwards music store. I am very thankful that I had a great instructor who was patient with me, taught me how to read music, and made learning fun. Years later, I had the opportunity to teach students at the same music store where I first learned to play.

This year I decided to start Justin’s Drum Studio to give kids and adults the opportunity to learn the drums with on-on-one instruction who have always wanted to learn. Music has been a lifelong passion for me, and I got started playing drums in church at a young age. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of recording in studios from Memphis to Greenville, and performing with churches and bands across the Upstate.

Drum lessons can increase self-esteem, build focus, and be a great activity for kids and adults. You never know what drum lessons can do for a person, or the doors it may open in the future for playing music. If you are looking for a drum set instructor in Greenville SC to help you or your child learn how to play, reach out and set up an introductory lesson. I’ll look forward to meeting you.
